Another survey says Apple rocks at customer support

VocaLabs has released a survey saying that Apple has the best customer support at 56%, beating Dell at 44% according to an article in the Consumerist.

They’re one of those companies whose job it is to ask you at the end of your call with customer service how things went, and their survey results show that when asked how satisfied they were with their agent, 60% answered “very satisfied.” Dell customers? Only 44%. Gateway followed with 37%. Not enough info is yet available on Toshiba and HP to be statistically significant.

Having owning both an Apple and a Dell, I would disagree with the results of Apple and Dell. Both were hardware related and Dell was fixed. Apple was fixed as well but the ‘geniuses’ caused more damage to my MacBook than when I came in with.
