Comcast to continue updating customer support

When Comcast announced the company will abandoned its’ quest to acquire Time Warner Cable, many began to wonder if Comcast will continue with its’ promise to improve customer service. Or was it just fluff to regulators to approve the merger? Turns out Comcast will keep its’ promise to improve customer support.
